Donald Trump is winning. I don’t even believe the politics of it. It’s happening on purpose. Don’t fool yourselves. The supreme court stated in the Court of Appeals document number No. 23-3228  that the reason he can be tried for the January 20th insurection is because he is now citizen Trump, as the PBS New hour and Halie Jackson states.  Which means that if he wins the presendential election he will be immune from presecution because he will then be president Trump again.  There is definately a loophole in the law and it seems like Trump knows how to get through it.  My predictions are simple, Donald Trump will not go to jail.  Donald Trump will never go to jail.
