The best customer service is the one you don’t need

As customer service gets worse all over the U.S. I started realizing how needy I was. But then a second thought hit me. If everything is perfect I wouldn’t need customer service. Mind you, I didn’t say sales person. It’s easy to walk into a store and have some salesperson walk up to you trying to sell you something but It’s getting increasingly harder to find people who actually know anything about the product the are selling.
