My experience with T-Mobile was very confrustrating. I’ve started using that word to explain situations and people that are both confusing and frustrating. I’m going to try to coin it as a phrase to use to explain most customer services systems these days. Yes, we all know it customer service has gone from a people to a system. That is say people are no longer involved in customer service anymore, It’s a system of computers. Those computers seem to confrustrate most people.
