Accounts does not do a good job of updating account information, specifically email address.  I started my SoYouStart account with one email address, so you start sends alerts to that email address when it’s time to pay your bill.  If you change that email address sends that previously mentioned email to the same old address.  I have not found anywhere in settings to fix or change this.  I even called them and told them and it is still happening.  It’s been three (3) weeks still no one has fixed the bug.  I’m Just making my fellow software developers aware.  It’s a good thing the server it cost me was just a dev box. remains one best places to get a dedicated server.  But that’s about it.  You are on your own from there on in.
